i've run into a bit of trouble with a project for my sculpture class, and i was wondering if anyone had any experience or just any insight into the issue. any/all thoughts and suggestions are GREATLY appreciated. right now i'm working on an iron casting project.  the goal of our sculptures is to exploit the properties of iron and juxtapose them with unlikely materials or situations.  my plan is to make an "industrial balloon" out of chains and a balloon mold.  the balloon should be no smaller than a foot. in order to create a mold (to pour the iron in), the original object is secured and a sand/resin mix is shoveled over it and firmly pack
